The hospitality was above and beyond some places I have stayed like the Viceroy Hotel in Vail. The tea was always readily available and the coffe just kept flowing. 'From the entry to The Crawford from the Denver Union Station lobby to the room itself, everything had a special touch! On check-in, the young man who checked us in was friendly and professional. He even offered us a glass of wine, from several choices. The elevator is activated by the room key, so we felt extremely safe.
