Geniet van alle schoonheid en opwinding die de Adirondacks in de winter te bieden hebben, terwijl u verblijft in uw eigen gezellige blokhut. Grill buiten op je houtskoolbarbecue, doe wat in de stenen vuurplaats, maak een verfrissende wandeling van drie mijl door het schilderachtige Hamlet of Wells en rond het meer van Algonquin of kruip lekker op met een goed boek in je warme en comfortabele hut.

Nieuw gebouwd met alle nieuwe apparaten en meubels. Een badkamer met bad en douche en wasmachine / droger. Volledig ingerichte moderne keuken met roestvrij elektrisch fornuis, magnetron en koelkast. Woonkamer met 32-inch flatscreen-tv met ingebouwde dvd-speler, schotelnetwerk, WiFi en ingericht met unieke meubels in Adirondack-stijl.

Ruby Hill ligt in het hart van de zuidelijke Adirondacks, op 15 minuten van het skigebied Oak Mountain, op 30 minuten van Gore Mountain en op 20 minuten van het skigebied Crossland Lake Cross Country. Er zijn ook tal van paden in de buurt voor sneeuwschoenwandelen, wandelen en langlaufen.

Als sneeuwmobiel iets voor u is, kunt u uw slee uitladen in uw hut, ons privépad een kwart mijl rijden en verbinding maken met de honderden kilometers van het New York State Trail-systeem. U hoeft het nooit meer op de trailer te laden totdat uw verblijf voorbij is.

Wij bieden een ideale hut voor diegenen die een Adirondack-vakantie in het bos willen ervaren met het gemak van nabijgelegen winteractiviteiten. Een ervaring die ervoor zorgt dat je jaar na jaar terugkomt.

This was our 2nd time staying here. My 17 year old daughter wanted to come back as her high school graduation gift. We had a very relaxing time. The cabin is just adorable and Gerry and Susan are wonderful. Cannot wait to come back again!

Pleasant Stay

Two cabins are tucked up against endless woods. There weren't any leaves on the trees so we had a nice view of Lake Algonquin. We brought our own kayaks & had an easy launch at the town beach less than 2 blocks away. There are no chain stores only local. A great rival to Starbucks called Uncle ?? across the bridge & had an awesome dinner at The Alpine. The cabin is smaller than expected, probably because there are so many places to sit & pillows.

I’d call it Awsome

This cabin is wonderful in every way. I will definitely return. We stayed in February for a winter snowmobile and snowshoe hiking vacation. I’m coming back for a summer vacation too. The lake is right across the street! The proprietor is a friendly gentleman and provides a great experience.

Wonderful Wells Getaway

Highly recommend this cabin. The cleanliness and decor were beyond expectation and location was fabulous. There is a second rental cabin which is visible about 80 yards away but this did not hamper our stay. Hosts were good to work worth but also gave us our privacy. We were also happy to have access to the canoes and kayaks as well as the bonfire pits. Would stay again.

Anniversary

We went there for our anniversary. It was very peaceful. Cabin was beautiful and clean. The area is nice and quiet. Hosts are very pleasant. I only wish I could see more of the lake. We do intend on staying there again.

It was a great stay! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this cabin. It was exactly how it is listed online. It was awesome that they had kayaks and a canoe available to us. Very appreciated. This is an awesome place to fish. In the lake and also in the river. It was very relaxing and such a beautiful cabin to stay in. Will definitely be back.

Love and look forward to our stay at Ruby Hill Cabins every year. Love the proximity to fishing for my nephew. The availability of kayaks and canoes. Only 2 cabins there and you feel very snug and secluded in the woods even though you are so close to everything. Gerry & Susan are very responsive to messages and needs while you are there. We will be back next year!

Relaxing get away.

Nice and clean cabin. Owners were great! There is two cabins and they are kind of close but the people staying next to us were quiet and respectful. Easy walk to the lake. The steps are steep to get to the kayaks but doable. We would definitely do it again.

All was like advertized: quite luxurious cozy cabin in the woods for an attractive rate. Elaborated details in interior design, well equipped kitchen and restroom, screened porch. Very nice and helpful owners, felt very welcome. Perfectly located in Wells NY, great for hiking. Will come back one day, can only recommend it.

Great getaway for two

The cabin was immaculate. We were able to go to Lake George and Saratoga, it was a drive but very beautiful and scenic. We spent our evenings on the screened in porch playing cards and relaxing. Just make sure you bring all your food. There’s a small local mercantile that has essentials and take out (they make the best hero sandwiches) but make sure you have what you need or you’ll be traveling . The host was kind enough to let us know so we were prepared. A wonderful quiet place if you are looking to unwind and relax!

A great getaway

This cabin is perfect for a laid back getaway. Great hiking, swimming, and fishing. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The property is good for grilling, cornhole and relaxing by the fire pit. It was our second stay at this cabin. It was perfect both times.
