Luxury beach villa with ocean views two blocks from the shoreline for rent in Wells, Maine.

6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms; sleeps 12 (plus 1-2 infants). 3,200 square feet. There’s plenty of room to spread out and relax!

Hotel-like experience with all linens and towels (bath and beach) provided and professionally laundered. You will arrive to all beds having been made by our housekeeping team so you don't have to spend hours of your vacation making beds. The cleaning company uses environmentally friendly cleaning products. 24-hour concierge service is provided by our outstanding property management team.

The property features a full eat-in kitchen with gas range, a screened-in porch, two master suites on the second floor, a huge second-floor deck overlooking the ocean, three bedrooms on the main level (two twin beds in each), as well as a lower level with a bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom, family room, game room, and access to the backyard. There’s plenty to do in the house, including ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables as well as an arcade machine in the game room, a piano in the living room, 4 TVs, and a whole-house sound system. The property also features a huge backyard with picnic tables, badminton/volleyball net, horseshoes, tether ball, and a putting green.

The house is a few minutes’ walk to the rocky shoreline and about a ten-minute walk/2-minute bike ride to your choice of two Wells beaches (Moody or Crescent). Moody Beach connects to Ogunquit Beach. The house is centrally located and is just a 10-minute drive to Ogunquit and 15 minutes to Kennebunkport.

Memorial Day Weekend

This was a framily trip. There were 12 of us. The only time we felt like we were on top of each other, was when we all congregated in the kitchen. The rooms were plenty big enough. The game room was awesome! All of us enjoyed that the most. Once it finally stopped raining, the kids had a great time with the outdoor activities. We all would highly recommend staying here. If we ever decide to head back to that area, we will definitely book here again. Side note, there is only a coffee pot that uses ground coffee. We all brought pods. Thankfully there is a Hannaford right up the road.

Beautiful property!

There were 9-11 of us at any given time. Ages 26-89. We were all comfortable and had a wonderful stay! Weather was not great but we had lots to do within the house! Game room was a big hit! Bright and cheery place and correspondence with the host was fantastic and very accommodating! Would recommend to all ages!

Great house for large group

Celebrated a dear friend's 41st birthday with some of her favorite friends. The house was beyond perfect and spacious for all of us and out needs. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. The house was clean and exactly like the listing. Walking to the ocean was a treat, and getting to Ogunquit was quick and easy.

Housefull of Fun

Lots of great things about this property. Accommodations for all ages of guests (infant to Adult). Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal while you stay there. Basement offers lots of options for the kids to pass the time if the day is a rainy day. Recommend for families looking to be close to beaches to walk to, but also close to the areas where there are larger beaches (Wells & others). Ample parking for cars.

Fun weekend with the Girls in Wells for Mother's Day

Great large home with a great play room! Everything was great and we all enjoyed the spacious home. We know it was early in the season, but we hoped that we could use the backyard, but the lawn hadn't been cut... turned out to be nice enough to do things outside , but could not use the lawn... other than that fantastic stay!

Amazing weekend getaway to celebrate my sons second birthday! We went into kennebunkport to enjoy the Christmas celebration and this house was perfect! Comfortable for everyone in our group! Ages from 2 years old to 80! Would definitely go back. Highly recommend!!

Thanksgiving Family vacation

This is a spacious, lovely home. There was ample room for 8 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 toddler. Everyone had a great time. There is plenty of room to spread out on 3 floors, and there is a large yard as well. I would love to book again sometime.

Great walking spot and very nice house.

Very nice location and home. With 10 people and cooking every day it was quite crowded in the kitchen. Suggestion: Leave plenty of TP for 10 people. Owner is very nice and accommodating.

Great Choice

My family and I had an excellent time at Villa Nova. The house was neat and clean. Plus had plenty of space for the 10 of us, ranging in age from 6 - 80 years old. We absolutely loved the spacious back yard and many games, inside and out. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wishes to be near the Ocean.

Quick Maine trip

We had a group of friends/colleagues come to Maine to bring ashes of older colleagues home. It was a nice group of people and the house was perfect for what we wanted. We didn’t get to enjoy the back yard much because it was cold and raining most days. But walks to the ocean were still great. And views of the water were beautiful.

Did have a few problems, tho. Recycling bins were not emptied and there were flies in the trash bins. Gas fireplace was not working. That said, the above mentioned did not stop us from having a great time!

Fabulous Family Fun!

This lovely beach house had more than ample space for my 5 siblings and our spouses. The 12 of us cooked ,ate, slept, took walks on the ocean front roads, read sat around talking singing, playing games in the game room and in the back yard. It was clean, appointed very well in the kitchen, with plenty of fresh towels and linens for each of the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We each thought it a perfect place to congregate! Highly reccomended to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy life without worries.

THE BEST

This place was perfect. We had my sister and her 9 friends stay here for a weekend leading up to her wedding. So many beds, such a fun backyard (volleyball, putt putt, tetherball) and just short walk away from the ocean! Such a cute little neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown Ogunquit - full of shops, restaurants, and a few bars. The porches / decks around the house were the perfect hangout spot to enjoy the weather. Can’t recommend this enough!!
