Vakantiehuis in prive-gebied: vlakbij het strand, restaurants en attracties

Geniet van uw vakantie met alle gemakken van thuis. Dit 4000 vierkante voet naar huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om uw vakantie onvergetelijk te maken! Met centrale airconditioning, wasmachine en droger, 4 slaapkamers, 3. 5 badkamers, open concept keuken / eetkamer, een grote woonkamer, een groot terras en ruime grasveld ruimte voor games en een vuurplaats.

Dit huis aangekomen aan de rental pool in 2014 dus genieten van de nieuwe meubels in de slaapkamers en woonkamer. De slaapkamers liggen verspreid uit uit de woning waardoor privacy, indien gewenst, maar veel gemeenschappelijke ruimte om van elkaars gezelschap te genieten. De woning is gelegen op slechts 1. 2 mijl van Wells Beach waar er is gratis parkeergelegenheid.

Het hoogste niveau van de woning beschikt over een open concept woonkamer met hoge plafonds en een grote flatscreen-tv met kabel en dvd-speler. De keuken en eetkamer van het huis is ook open voor elkaar en beschikt over 4 barkrukken en een tafel voor zes tot acht personen. Net buiten de woonkamer is er een groot terras met een tafel en stoelen voor zes heeft. Slaapkamer # 1 ook gevestigd op de begane grond biedt een double / twin stapelbed en een tweepersoonsbed. Net buiten de slaapkamer is er een half bad.

De bovenste verdieping van het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers, een badkamer, twee halve badkamers, en een gedeelde bad douche ruimte. Slaapkamer # 2, de master suite heeft een grote badkamer. Slaapkamer # 3 heeft een queen bed en een half badkamer, glazen schuifdeur met het dek, en een 32 in lcd-tv. Slaapkamer # 4 heeft een double / twin stapelbed, evenals een 40 in lcd-tv en een half bad .. Slaapkamers # 3 en # 4 delen een bad met douche toegankelijk vanuit beide kamer.

Fantastic Stay in a Great Location

We had an awesome long weekend in Wells Beach, Maine. The rental was clean, comfortable, welcoming and had lots of room for our party of seven. The house was in a great location. It was close to the ocean and many wonderful restaurants. Ryan was responsive and very friendly with all our communication. We give this beautiful location a five star rating!

Family vacation

There was no pool as stated in your description,otherwise my family enjoyed their stay. Traffic on route 1 is very heavy; hard to get into and out of.

Very Clean

Although the inside was a little dated, it was extremely clean. There was lots of room for the whole family. It was great that there was four half baths, I did think there was going to be one more shower. Only two showers for whole family was a little difficult, coming from the beach. It was nice that the whole family was able to eat together at the enormous dining table, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the pans necessary for our lobster feast. We also enjoyed hanging in the living room all together. The kids were very excited with all the chipmunks, squirrels, and the deer that showed up on the property, It definitely, however, was not walking distance to the beach and one of the bedrooms did not have a TV. If in the area, I would stay at this location again.

Wedding trip!

I rented this property for family visiting Wells for my sister’s wedding. The house was the perfect size for our group (10 people), the yard is beautiful. I will absolutely rent this property for another family trip.

Excellent Location.

Had a fantastic family vacation in Wells. We had plenty of room in this spacious property for 6 adults and an infant. Enjoyed some fab meals in the big open kitchen and dining room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and even some steamers The private wooded lot was an added bonus. Ryan was a gracious host. Would love to stay here again

Wells weekend getaway

We enjoyed our weekend stay, the house is very spacious and clean. It is tucked away at end of a cul-de-sac and the trees around it give it a great sense of privacy. Conveniently located close to the beaches in Wells and Kennebunkport. The property manager is very friendly and responsive. Only caveat is you have to pay an extra fee for beddings and towels.

Wonderful Long Weekend

My family had a wonderful weekend at this property in Wells. WE enjoyed all of the space to comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 3 toddlers. The house was extremely clean, centrally located, and had everything we needed! April is a chilly for a ME vacation, but worked for all of us. We can only imagine how wonderful this house is in peak summer season. Thank you!

Awesome place for a staycation

While searching for a perfect vacation rental to spend time with family and friends during kids' spring break, we came across this property. This is a gem of a property. The location, the property size, number of rooms, and amenities, everything were spot on. Especially, the kitchen and the dinner place were huge. We enjoyed spending every moment there. If we ever come to Wells again, we will surely rebook this property. Highly recommended.

Girls week-end 25 th year.

I would have preferred 2 queen sized beds instead of the bunk beds.Our ages ranged from 87 years old to the youngest being 51yrs old.and there were 8 of us,4 daughters 1 adopted daughter and 2 daughter in-laws.We loved the home.

Overall great stay

We vacationed at this home with a large, mixed ages family. Overall the experience was good. It was a great house for a large family. However, the mattresses on all the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They all need to be replaced. We were so uncomfortable we left a night early. Also the listing is very misleading for the bathrooms. There are only 2 showers for 12 people. That was a little surprising. Ryan was a great communicator throughout the entire process.

Review of Bayview Rental, Wells, Maine

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this property in Wells. We were a mixed group of adults, teenagers and children and the house suited everybody’s needs excellently. Ryan, the property manager, could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we secured the rental he communicated with us on any questions we had. Furthermore, he was always available and receptive and timely to address any questions we had once we arrived. The house was spotless and everything was ready to go. In fact, Ryan went out of his way when we got there and found that we had no transportation from the train station in Wells to give us ride to the house due to a lack of taxi service. Ryan very graciously came over and picked us up, and further more insisted on getting us some takeout since it was late in the evening and not much was available for delivery. He even gave us a ride back to the train station when it was time for our departure. I would say the best feature of this house is the large kitchen and deck on the back. We were able to cook some delicious family meals - together; no small accomplishment for group of nine people! Also the configuration of the bathrooms was great for having adults and kids. Another great feature of this house was the two car garage which allowed everyone to pack up for the day etc. for arrival, departure or the beach without fighting the mosquitoes etc. I have searched for houses directly on the beach and have yet to find any with all the accommodations this one has at this price point and this is a five minute drive to Wells Beach at the most.

Fun for all

Spent a wonderful week in this home, 5 adults and 6 children.. Home is very spacious and well equipped- about a mile to the beach. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. Spent our last evening making s’mores in the fire pit.

Repeat Customers

This is the third year we have rented this house and we plan to rent again next year. It fits the needs of our family perfectly. The weather was great this year as was the water temperature. The house also affords a place to hang out when the weather is not good or you just need a break from the beach. Ryan, the property manager, was and always has been quick to respond to any questions we might have. Great week and looking forward to many more!
