'Cosy, well-decorated, full of thoughtful touches like local gingerbread to have with your brews. Really wonderful place to escape to. As the property runs on solars/generator in winter we had an issue with a power outage one evening when the generator didn't kick in properly, but we had somebody on-site to fix it and back up within half an hour.'

'This is a nice place - love Ironbridge as a town. Nice to have a washer - The photos show no wall between the living and bedroom - but there is a wall which means no window in bedroom making it a bit hot. Very functional space for the one night we stayed.'

'Apartment was clean and well appointed and the kitchen had everything you could need for a longer stay. Generous size rooms and very comfortable. Quiet area means a good night sleep and there are local shops but it does mean driving. Only one parking space is provided but there is parking available on the road, I didn’t struggle finding a space within 50m of the apartment. Dog friendly was a main selling point for me.'

"Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities like a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and towels. The linen were also very clean. The discount at the pub was a nice bonus; they have a nice selection of beers at good prices."
