'Very family friendly and flexible.'

'Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!'

'Had a great breakfast in the morning! Our kids loved the smores bar. Perfect location to walk down to the aerial lift bridge and watch the boats come and go.'

'The room smelled horribly of urine, the door to the room would not lock or even stay shut. The area is sketchy. Did not feel safe or comfortable, moved to another hotel and did not get a refund. Terrible on all accounts.'

'This place was nice mostly, it was clean and the location was good. The main complaint was that our tv didn’t work. The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked.'

'The halls were stuffy old looking but wallah the room was very clean and nice. Wish I'd remembered coffee in the lobby. Nice size clean fridge in room. Parking was a bit tight but doable . Mattresses were wonderful slept very well. 4plus overall'

'Smells like Mold when you walk in the doors, the restaurant was already closing and the rooms... I get reinvention is hard but what they did was next level. The room its self is fine but the bathrooms don't trust the photos! Our was not the same as pictured also there isn't ac in the room or fans. It looks like a rent by night hotel with a big fancy price tag. No thanks! 0 out of 5 stars'

'We stayed in the Creekside Suite and it was sweet experience! The room was located on the second floor and it was nicely set up, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The windows and balcony had nice views. The coffee, muffins and fruit were lovely in the morning. The building was quiet and other guests we passed by in the common area were friendly. We would enjoy staying here again!'

'The property is a new apartment rental complex that’s renting out rooms until they’re all rented. Expensive. Did not receive a “lake view” even though we were the only overnight guests. Rooms are pretty but no usual hotel amenities…like a blow dryer. No shelf or holder in the shower so their provided shampoo/conditioner sit on the floor. No bedroom door (open to sitting area). No bathroom ventilation.'
