'Lovely spacious cottage, well appointed with amenities and supplies. Easy to reach and within walking distance of shops and either by car or walk to the beach. 'We had such a lovely time in the Carpenter's Cottage during our late October stay. It seemed to be made for us five. It was warm, cosy, inviting, and it had everything tou need - it felt like you could move straight in. There is an attention to detail wherever you look, and if you like decorating your own home, you will truly appreciate this place. There are a couple of restaurants just around the corner (the Indian one had a very good selection of dishes), and Tesco Express is just a few meters...

'This house was absolutely incredible — huge grounds, spacious layout, and plenty of rooms, making it perfect for a large group. The dining room was beautifully set out, and the home was very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. 'We stayed for four nights this November and didn’t want to leave! We were celebrating a 30th birthday and made the most of everything- the marvellous garden, the top of the range hot tub, the BBQ and of course the surrounding salt marsh area, taking out the kayak and bird watching. The resident tawny owl made sitting out watching the stars a must too. Our host Patrick was very friendly and communicative making booking and organisation easy. The local amenities, Red Lion pub and Stiffkey stores...

'Check in was very easy.. The house was amazing, plenty of space and the pool was so nice. Our grandchildren had so much fun in there. The games room was excellent and kept us entertained most of Sunday afternoon. The beds were very comfy, with beautiful bathrooms. The view from the top of the Windmill was breathtaking, especially watching the sunset. The local pub was really nice and the food was sooooo good Thank you to the hosts for letting us share your home. '
