'We had an amazing time staying at Allercott Farm. The cottage was beautiful, cosy and very peaceful at night, and you’re right in the middle of Exmoor so you can drive for around 20 minutes any way at all and find yourself at one of the many walks. Hosts were awfully lovely, as were their several friendly dogs who were keen to say hello. We’d absolutely consider staying again sometime to visit more of the national park. 😊'

'A really enjoyable stay. Great communication before our arrival meant no problems with the self-service check-in. Nice room at the back of the building - no views, but couldn't hear the busy road at all. Comfortable bed, lovely shower room. The communal snug was great - kettle, microwave, fridge, washing up facilities and supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits. 'Unfortunately we only had a one night stay at the Lorna Doone hotel in Porlock. The Hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of the village with all nice shops nearby. Staff is uber-friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. Next time I hope we can stay a bit longer.'
