'Good but could’ve been more cleaner'

'the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance.'

'Easy communication with owner who was very responsive. Property was clean and comfortable-great water views. We would stay definitely stay again.'
