Hi Michael, we do apologize if we were not able to meet your expectations on this visit. Our guests’ satisfaction is extremely important to us. The manager you spoke with relayed the correct information, the hotel is unable to modify or refund guests when they book and pay a third party for their stay. We now have our new local watersport tenants, Sun Splash Tours, fully open and operating from our poolside hut, offering jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, kayak rentals, snorkel gear, stingray city tours, private boat charter tours and so much more for our guests to enjoy. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your time visiting Grand Cayman and hope that you will give us another chance the next time you visit.

We have 82 Holiday Inn Resort Rooms in our North Building and 32 Grand Caymanian Resort rooms in the South Building. We are sorry if you felt you were misled and the rooms and location were not as advertised. We aim to keep our property information and images up to date and remain transparent about our location on the North Sound Caribbean Sea, which gives us a location from the crowds, but close to all Cayman offers. We hope that one day you will reconsider giving our property another try in the future.

Thank you for your great review Sharmila. While the beach is a bit rocky, we do have a ladder at the end of the pier that guests can use to access the water. Many do snorkel there and have seen lots of starfish, stingrays and other tropical fish. We hope to have you back again soon!
