'The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. 'Front desk lady was great at our late check in! This hotel is old and in need of TLC but rooms were fairly clean. Room took awhile to warm up though and mold in the shower stall. Another colleague said her room had bed bugs and another colleagues heater didn’t work in her room. We have stayed here a lot in the past for work but it seems really run down now. '

'The hotel was clean, comfortable beds and bedding. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect for us. would stay there again! '
