'The air condition was noisy at night time. No elevator goion up higher floor. Seniors will have hard time climbing up to higher floor with heavy bulky luggage!!'
'From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt welcome. The staff were accommodating and friendly. They went beyond what I would have hoped for.
The room and hallways, as well as the breakfast area and lobby were all very clean. The staff washed the tables and tidied up constantly during the breakfast.
The pool and hot tub were also very clean.
In addition, Checkout was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back.'

Let the front desk know and they went to talk to the GM. She decided not to talk to us but instead asked the front desk guy to call someone to come and talk to us.

'The good: The water park is top tier as far as Sask hotels go. Excellent location. Spacious room, very nice bathroom. The bad: The AC was awful in our room. Barely a breeze coming through the vent. Try sleeping when your room is 23 C. $20/day extra charge for parking I might as well have stayed at the James.'
