'Staff very good and friendly. room old and bed/bedding substandard. Pillows unuseable (too thick, hard...not condusive to sleep. TV selection and screen poor. Breakfast was OK (not buffet due to a 'pow wow' filling the hotel (their words not mine) and although there appeared no pressure from 6 to 8 am still got cold scrambled eggs (only option). Place needs work.'

'Staff very good and courteous,room was clean but had a small odour to it which disappeared over time, had trouble with shower and was offered a discount in the morning and Breakfast had a Verity of items to choose from. With the Discount which was not offered thru Expedia for Seniors we stayed a second night'

'We booked two rooms and both were not great but one was way worse than the other. They first gave us a key to the room and we went up and someone was already but it. The room that they then gave us had dirty sheets, blood on the sheets and no pillow cases. The second room we had was a hit better but again missing pillow cases and the sheets were a bit sandy, so not sure how clean they were. Breakfast was limited but not terrible.'
