'Room was clean. The staff were really nice. The breakfast lady has a difficult job, and does it excellently. We have never had a poor experience at this hotel. On this occasion, my wife had a medical appointment. It's a shame you don't have medical rates; your easy access to the RUH would make it such a plus.'

'Had an instant headache from the smell of weed. The lady for breakfast was kinda rude and miserable. I ended up giving an extra food voucher as I didn’t eat. Also was distracted by my 4yr old wanting to eat and reach for things but the lady insisted on standing and waiting while I was juggling juice and cereal.
