The hotel is geared for people doing water sports. There are private lockers on your patio to lock up gear in, hangers for wetsuits and large basins in the shower to wash your gear. The rooms are very comfortable with all you could want. Very comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant was delicious. There is also a water sports center...

Heerlijk om lekker tot rust te komen.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the natural fynbos and the bay were absolutely unmatched, making for a truly breathtaking and peaceful stay. Highly recommend!'

Upon entering my room I was met with the most beautiful scent of sandalwood. A small fridge, and kettle were available for my snacks and tea. The shower was absolutely amazing, and much needed after a long car ride!

'We had no problem with our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service and food was excellent. The only drawback was the hotel has a generator, but during loadshedding all the plugs and lights are off. So during the evenings you only have a small light in the room.
If you are an outdoor person, there are lots to do during the day. We will definitely go back if they do an upgrade on their generator.'

Bit disappointed that my room did not have an AC and it got quite hot. The spa was also really lovely, but the nail products were disappointing. The experience was great and the therapists were really friendly, but I’d hope for better products next time.
Overall a great place and I’d definitely recommend to others! '

'a terrible, small, smelly caravan awaited us with a toilet and shower around the corner in a dark small outside room. No cookware and cutlery were outdated and old.
We did not stay there and booked another accommodation, therefore needed to pay twice for accommodation for our holiday.
When confronted the owner about the crappy caravan she just replied
" In 6 months time, you will laugh about your experience at The Stables"'
