'We were only there for a stopover. The house was lovely and the host was very accommodating. They were very thoughtful and we appreciated it!'

'At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction. Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. Milk not provided for tea in room. Restaurant on a sunny Saturday afternoon- plates and glasses weren’t cleared away which...

'While the room itself was fine, the entire building was being painted while we were there and the paint fumes were unpleasant. There were two full jars of Dolmio pasta sauce sitting in the hallway for the entire duration of our stay which was weird. The building's entrance opens directly onto a busy bus stop which had a crowd of chain smoking, seedy looking types there at all hours. This meant emerging into a cloud of cigarette smoke when leaving and feeling vulnerable when entering the code...
