4 master suites met eigen badkamer en 2 stapelbedden - geschikt voor 16 personen.

Dit verbazingwekkende luxe huis op 4. 5 hectare naast een beek (dus de naam Brookhouse) werd gebouwd en ingericht in 2012 met hoogwaardige meubels / apparatuur / linnengoed. Het pand wordt professioneel onderhouden als een luxe verhuur. Het huis ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden van Mount Snow in de regio Karinthië, met een gloednieuwe opening van een clubhuis in de winter van 2018.
WINTER:
5 minuten van Mount Snow's Karinthië-basis of ongeveer 10 minuten van het hoofdgezicht van Mount Snow. Het is op Haystack Mountain voor sneeuwschoenwandelen, langlaufen. Perfecte locatie voor sneeuwmobielen aangezien we direct op Haystack Mountain en ook het VAST-parcours zijn. Parkeerplaats voor sneeuwscooters voorzien. Zoar Outdoor in Wilmington, VT biedt alle winteractiviteiten. Het huis is ook naast 2 paarden om toe te voegen aan de VT-sfeer. Dit is de manier waarop het luxe VT-leven hoort te zijn ...


ZOMER:
Lake Raponda en Lake Whitingham zijn ongeveer 10-15 minuten rijden. Beide hebben prachtige stranden. Zoar Outdoor biedt volop activiteiten voor zomer en winter, in Wilmington VT. Het stuwmeer Harriman biedt bootverhuur. 40 minuten van Charlemont, MA voor wildwaterraften. 40 minuten van Bromley Mountain voor zip-voering, bergonderzetters en andere familie-activiteiten. 40min naar Manchester, VT voor outlet shopping.

Elke Master Suite heeft een eigen badkamer met bad, grote kasten, gashaarden, tv's / WiFi op de eerste en tweede verdieping van het huis. De kelder heeft een grote speelkamer, extra Smart TV en twee slaapkamers met 4 stapelbedden en een complete badkamer, wasmachine / droger.

Alle suitebedden zijn luxueus uitgerust met Frette-lakens met een draaddichtheid van 800, ook Frette-handdoeken in de badkamers. Alle donskussens en dekens en een bubbelbad, zodat u kunt ontspannen na het skiën.

Keuken is uitgerust met Viking apparatuur en potten, pannen gebruiksvoorwerpen om maximaal 16 mensen in stijl te vermaken. Er is ook een openhaard op hout om de sfeer te vergroten. Er zijn twee picknicktafels en een vuurplaats op de zijtuin. En een bubbelbad op het achterdek. Voldoende hout van vuur voorzien.

We had a wonderful multi-generational family weekend at this beautiful estate in West Dover, VT. The house is incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for group meals and celebrations. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated that every suite had its own bathroom, making it ideal for a large family group of adults and seniors.The grounds are stunning, with open fields, a lovely brook, picnic tables, and a front porch with plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed relaxing outside and soaking in the mountain views. There are some limited hiking trails right from the property, and the location was perfect for exploring local restaurants, fairs, hiking, and kayaking in the area.We were celebrating a milestone 80th birthday, and the home provided the perfect setting for our family to gather and make memories. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the owner was proactive and responsive, making sure everything was just right for our stay.We highly recommend this home to any large family group looking for comfort, beauty, and a truly special place to gather. We would happily stay here again!

Picture-perfect Thanksgiving

Three generations of our extended family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this superlative property. Children loved the downstairs playroom and bunk rooms. Wedding Weekend

We were in Dover for a wedding at the nearby Hermitage Inn. The property was so convenient to all the activities, literally a 2 minute walk. My entire family was able to be together and not only enjoy a fun wedding but our downtime was so relaxed and enjoyable too! The house is stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear and toys and children plates! The yard was large enough for the kids to run around and have a great time. We each had our own mini suite with bathroom which was so convenient. With two living spaces we never felt like we were on top of each other, but large enough that we could gather for meals and just some down time after the kids went to bed. Close enough to stores and restaurants also! We had a great weekend without stress thanks to the thoughtfulness of the owners and their property! Highly recommend!!

AMAZING Family Vacation

This property was PERFECT for our group of 8 adults and two little ones (1 and 3). The downstairs bunk rooms, playroom and bathroom worked perfectly for the kids and their parents. The 3 year old said several times "I love this house." The rest of us had very large and nicely appointed bedrooms with en suite baths. Plenty of paper products and bath products were provided. The kitchen was AMAZING and very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having coffee out on the covered porch in the morning. We used the fire pit one evening, which was really fun. The kids had lots of outdoor space to explore and really loved the swing in the back of the house. The entire house was very well appointed and VERY clean. We are looking forward to having the chance to come back here again in the future. Thank you to Alex for a beautiful property.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean, and spacious home. The beds were very cozy, bedding and towels were great quality and soft. The kitchen, living room and den were wide open and great for our large family to prepare dinners and relax together. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses, silverware and sharp knives (something we all noticed! haha) for a big group. Loved the front porch to have coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. The house has a lot of outdoor privacy along with offering a lot of activities nearby (listening and walking in the stream out back was a family favorite spot). The property manager Claudia was very attentive while at the same time giving us our privacy. She is awesome! We loved our time in Vermont and hope to return for a future vacation!

Summer Getaway

My family and I had a beautiful stay at this home for our summer getaway. Walking into the house we were in awe of how everything down to the furniture was incorporated into the nature surrounding the home. The pictures don’t do justice to how nice this home was kept up with. An amazing view of the mountains was just outside the window. There were plenty of bedrooms for couples as well as bunk beds for the kids. On one of the rainy days there the kids stayed occupied in the spacious playroom. The kids loved running around in the yard and walking down along the stream in the back. About 10 minutes away from the house was a beautiful lake to swim/jet ski. Not to mention stores & coffee shops all within a 10 minute drive as well. The host & house keeper were very attentive and had great communication. I absolutely recommend this home for any time of the year especially for a big family trip.
