'Very accommodating staff, things were clean and ready'

'Check in started at 4pm which is later than most other hotels and even though a room was ready earlier, the front desk staff wanted to charge an extra $25 for early check in. We waited until 4 because that didn’t seem worth it. On previous stays at this hotel, we have always had a great stay, but the breakfast this time was not well stocked and we ended going out to eat instead. Other than that a good stay.'

'Because of a hotel’s system glitch that apparently happens after check-in, our reservation was not imported promptly, and the Superior King room we reserved was unavailable at arrival. We were downgraded to a standard double but charged for a supe king. My son stayed the first night but we requested it be made right the next day or to refund us for the 2nd day so we could go elsewhere. Manager refused to work with us.
