'The bathroom was full of hair from the previous guests. Also one of the days we were in the bathroom taking and about to take a shower when housekeeping came by (wihthout warning or having let us know when that would be); when we asked if they can come back to the room 15 min later they refused and we at least asked for some fresh towels! When we told the front desk the manager phoned us some hours later and was completely useless. On the bright side Gerasimos from the front desk was great -...

'Very central to the city. Quiet room. Very clean. Had a small issue with aircon that was fixed immediately. Outstanding customer service considering there is no on-site reception. Recommended hotel.'

'The hotel is great and very well located in the center of Vaasa. We booked a family room and it surprised us in a positive way. It was better than in the pictures and had two separate rooms as well as two bathrooms, which made our stay way more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many options to choose from. I would totally recommend.'

'We stayed at the top hotels during this trip ate various cities and without a doubt Aino Private Island Hotel is the most luxurious and memorable one. To say the place is magical is an under statement, the staff definitely made a huge difference: Pearl, Andrea, Sabine and especially Jasmina. We will definitely return for a longer stay. 'Voor een familie kamer voor 4 verwacht je wel een beetje bewegingsruimte. Het tafeltje was eigenlijk teveel toen de slaapbank als bed dienst moest doen. 4 sterren is overrated. Misschien door alles wat ze aanbieden maar de kamer zeker niet. Simpel en schreeuwend duur. Ontbijt is gemiddeld. Ik heb heel vaak beters gehad en zeker geen ruim €400 per nacht waard.'
