'The property is really nice. Unfortunately as soon as you enter the settee and carpet are stained. There are also marks all over the walls. The kettle was also dirty. I emailed about this and didn't get a response. I emailed again and they said someone would swap the kettle but they did this while we were out which I don't appreciate as I specifically told them not to enter when we weren't there. 'Lovely house, great location. The only downside was parking wasn't available outside the house while we were there, but the host suggested somewhere a few minutes walk away that worked for us perfectly - it might be a concern if you have mobility issues, though. The house was really well equipped and thoughtfully put together, and our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay there.'

'Very clean, nicely presented. Everything we needed including washer for messy children. Lots of space, good that there is shower room upstairs and bathroom downstairs, as a family of five. Location was excellent for family celebration, also so convenient for supermarkets. Thank you. '

'Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. '
