'Very cozy spot to return to after hours of exploring. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the shops nearby. The easy access to interstate 5 was also a plus. Personally I found the bed and linens very soft and comfortable. Even though the top floor was being rented out, the neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we had 0 issues. Also the little patio outside was very lovely. We would return again, especially for the location and the ability to park our rental car.'

'I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. '

'This is a great hotel in the UDistrict. Super convenient to UW and walkable to campus, U Village, etc. It’s a historic building so there are quirks with that (most notably thin walls) but still lovely and the staff is top notch. Plus the Mountaineering Club is awesome. Would be nice if it had a seating area for under 21, even if just before a certain time. '

'The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that '
