'The staff was friendly and accommodating from the time we arrived till the time we left. The room was clean, fresh linens and towels were provide. The pool was a little cool, but with the humid Connecticut heat it was a nice shock to the body. We found a nine working ice machine on the third floor but the location made up for it as a lot convenient businesses are in the area. '

'We had a wonderful week at this kid friendly home. Very spacious and a quick walk to the beach. The back yard was a marshmallow roasting, fire fly catching heaven! '

The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed -- bath AND beach towels, wifi, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, outdoor spaces attached to three of four bedrooms, lots of TVs, reasonably stocked kitchen, VERY fun game room, laundry, sunny office with a printer and paper! It was spotlessly clean; located in a quiet neighborhood very near Long Island Sound and great shoreline walks; well provisioned and furnished; and offered easy access to the Yale campus and museums as well as an array of interesting restaurants. 'Perfect location near the beach! When we stayed the weather wasn’t ideal for the beach day but I can only imagine how perfect this house would be in a beautiful day! The host had a wagon and beach toys available as well which was wonderful. Very cute property. I was unsure of our check out instructions other than to ensure we cleaned our dishes and messaged the host and never heard back but other than that our stay was great. '
