'Although our stay was cut short due to a snowstorm, the accommodations with Charles were great. We usually take a hotel room when down in Southbury visiting family. From here on we will certainly be staying with Charles. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and communication was good. ~Jeff'

'The owner/management was good with communication. It has nice off-street parking and is located close to a great little grocery store and within walking distance to many things. The unit was clean and neat.'

'Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. '

'This apartment was the perfect base for visiting family in Wallingford. It had everything we needed, was very clean, and super convenient to downtown cafes and restaurants. The train is a bit loud but to be expected! Will definitely stay again. '

'The place is incredible it’s light and airy, decorated beautifully, and perfect for a weekend away. I was in New Haven for a concert and this place was a 5 minute drive from the venue. Check in/out was super easy and the host was very communicative prior to my arrival. Would absolutely rent again if my travels ever take me back that way! '
