'I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. 'We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. 'The property was almost exactly as described. The cabin has character and makes you feel at home with the decorations. We had our young grandkids (2 and 4) staying with us. There was plenty of room for them to play, and they loved the bunk beds! When they say the drive is rough, believe it. If you have a car with little ground clearance (Chevy Malibu), you really have to weave around to keep from scraping. Our kids had a mini van and an SUV and they had no problems. 'Property was almost ad advertised, with the exception of the parking space. When we arrived, we moved a rope partition in front ot the property to park and unload. The owner of the adjacent unit prompt;y came out to tell us that this was his spot that he ernted out and that we could not stay there. There were already two cars in the back, one without plates. Needed to speak with owner to clarify. After this the parking situation was OK. Property was neat and clean. Could have used more towels...

'The proximity to Westpoint was great. Trashy neighborhood. Very loud construction early in the morning. The cooking supplies were limited and one of the handles on the pans fell off while we were there. It was okay, but probably wouldn't return.'

'Beautiful old farm house that has been very tastefully remodeled to keep its original charm. Host had house stocked with all the essentials incase you would have forgotten something. He knew we would be checking in late so offered to have the couch pulled out and made into a bed for our children so it was when we arrived. Supper friendly, couldn't have ask for a better host. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. '

'I thought the property was really nice, upgraded, and we had a great time, only issue i had was the wifi was weak so my apps kept buffering, but not a huge deal, the place has everything you need. A small little yard if you bring your dog and a seating area outside. Overall a really nice stay '

'I spent the weekend with my children and grandchildren in this lovely home. It was truly a wonderful experience. Lots of room to spread out. Couldn’t use the pool because it wasn’t open yet, but it was still wonderful weekend. 'The apartment is very roomy, perfect for groups. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is top notch. Kitchen has everything you need. Outdoor deck is spacious and great spot for soaking up some sun and fresh air. There is a walking trail directly behind the house which is great for people and pets.
