Welcome to your perfect vacation getaway! This beautiful second-floor condo is located in a resort and offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. Whether you`re visiting for a family vacation, a weekend getaway, or an adventure-filled trip, this condo provides a comfortable home base to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, two bedside tables, clothing drawers, and reading lights. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups and features double bunk beds, a closet, clothing drawer, and bedside table.

The living room offers a large, comfortable couch with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for two guests. There is also a desk and chair in the condo, making it convenient to work remotely during your stay.

The living and dining area provides plenty of room to relax and spend time together. Enjoy meals around the six-seat dining room table, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. The condo also features a wine fridge, perfect for keeping your favourite bottles chilled during your stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including a drip coffee maker, air fryer, blender, baking sheets, large bowls, pots and pans, cooking knives, plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, wine glasses, drinking glasses, kitchen towels, and dish rags.

Step outside onto the deck and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor space includes comfortable lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a gas BBQ, making it a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the afternoon, or have an evening meal outdoors.

As part of the resort, guests have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and secure underground parking. These amenities make it easy to relax and enjoy your stay without having to leave the property.

The condo is also family-friendly and includes a Pack `n Play/portable crib and a children`s stroller for families travelling with young children. For days at the beach or by the water, we provide beach towels, two beach chairs, and floaties for guest use.

Both TVs in the condo are smart TVs, allowing you to access your favourite streaming services during your stay. Please note that there is no cable TV. Unlimited Wi-Fi is included throughout the condo.

With comfortable sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor space, resort amenities, and thoughtful extras for families, this condo has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

For your convenience, the condo also includes an in-suite washer/dryer.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the private beach, gym, pool, and hot tub. You also have access to one underground parking stall. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in the overflow parking lot or residential parking. This is first come, first serve.

Please note that I do not have control over the maintenance or closures of the common areas and amenity center. The strata makes every effort to maintain these facilities to the highest standards, which may result in unexpected closures for maintenance.

The pool and hot tub are generally available from late May to early October. Unfortunately, I do not control the specific dates for their opening and closing.

The Westside Wine Trail is a newly renovated area that features a collection of wineries offering tastings, tours, and picturesque views of the vineyards. Mission Hill Winery is known for its stunning architecture and breathtaking views of the lake, and is a must-visit for any wine lover.

In addition to wine tasting, Barona Beach Resort offers an abundance of outdoor activities that allow guests to experience the natural beauty of the Okanagan Valley. The area is known for its fruit stands, where visitors can pick fresh fruit or purchase locally grown produce. Two Eagles Golf Course is a great spot for families, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains, as well as a bistro with outdoor seating.

For those who enjoy hiking and biking, the Okanagan offers a wide range of trails to explore. The Bear Creek Provincial Park is a popular spot for hiking, with a trail that leads to the scenic Bear Creek Falls. Cyclists will enjoy the Okanagan Rail Trail, which spans 50 kilometers and offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Water sports are also popular in the Okanagan, and guests can take advantage of the lake with activities such as kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding. For those seeking a more thrilling experience, parasailing and jet skiing are also available.

Pets are not permitted for short-term guests due to strata regulations. We appreciate your understanding as this is strictly enforced. Please note that any violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Thank you for your cooperation.

Barona Beach is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the units, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone at Barona!
