'During a very busy weekend, due to the UW-Madison graduation ceremonies, everyone at this hotel was very nice and accommodating during the 4 days we were there. Everything was nice and the employees, at the front desk, the breakfast servers, housekeeping, etc., were top notch.'

'This place is absolutely disgusting . Trash and garbage everywhere. The stench coming from our room was so bad even after housekeeping was done cleaning that we could not even enter the room. There is no elevator and the surrounding areas are unsafe. The property looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. We left and never even stayed . DO NOT STAY HERE'

'The hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast was good. The TV setting in the room is odd that it was not facing the coach or the bed. There was really no place to sit and watch the TV.'

'The kitchen staff was very friendly and the eating was clean - the furniture was very worn and outdated, but the area was clean. The room that we stayed in looked like a picture from the 1970's and it was damp and smelled like "wet dog" each time we entered our room.'

'It appears that their reservation software was not working. Took FOREVER to check in only to be given a room key to an occupied room. Clerk then had to go to the new room to confirm it was available before I could get a new room. Cleaning staff pounded on my door fairly early in the morning apparently not knowing that I was checking out later that morning.'
