'When we first checked in the guy gave us a room that the air conditioning was broken in and as I came back to tell him, the worker there said yeah that one's not okay so I don't know why he gave us a room that should not have been remted. Then we got a different room and it was okay but the hotel was kind of run down but very clean.'
'Unless your intentions in this area are to relive what it was like to be an early 1800 coal miner, stay somewhere else. The rooms are unclean, linens are from the original opening, that I assume to be somewhere in the 1980s, the fridge rattles all night, the toilet won't flush paper with anything short of 4 attempts and get ready to live with the bugs, both indoors and out. The complimentary breakfast is shameful, it looks as though the food was all made a week in advance and left laying out....
'It met the requirements for an affordable place to crash on my travels, but did not impress. Very dated hotel, carpets were dingy, Minor issues with the room key at check in which the desk attendant was helpful with, but upon entering the room for myself and my dog, we were met with a terrible room odor. Clearly frequented by dogs and not cleaned very thoroughly. We changed rooms and the next room was in much better condition. Location was appealing as it was close to interstate and places...
