'Place was clean,quiet and safe. No coffee pot and two of the 3 air conditioner units were inoperable. Thankfully there were fans to help and it wasn’t very hot outside. I texted and left a voicemail about the air conditioning but got no response. I ended up fixing the air conditioner in the smaller room myself. The outside had limbs and a little trash and cigarette butts. Other than that it was an ok place to stay. I would stay again.'

'My family really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house was just right with all of the necessary amenities included. Our dog loved the spacious fenced in yard to roam around in. Highly recommend this location and property manager to anyone looking to stay in the Monroe area.'

'We brought our mom back to the lake house for a few days away. The home, as it was on our previous visit, was spotless and very well appointed. The glassed in patio was perfect for my mom to be able to sit and watch the water and watch her great granddaughter play. If I had anything negative to say, it is that the beds are a little firm. A foam mattress topper would be helpful. Nonetheless, plan to stay again in the fall if it works out. Thanks again for a lovely visit!'

'We had such a good time at this lake house. Since we love art, we were delighted as we opened the door and were greeted by a red, white and blue metal fish on the counter, the blue and red dog painting, various scenes from New Orleans and the New Orleans Saints. Our grandkids loved "the ballroom". (Pool table). The furnishings were kid friendly and there were toys for them. I love to cook, so I was so pleased to see how well stocked the kitchen was. 'Everything was great. The room was neat and stocked with towels, etc. Mary was responsive to communications and the property was easy to get in and out of. Sarina is the sweetest caretaker on the planet and made sure we had everything we needed. Would book again.'

'Everything about this stay was amazing. The price was awesome considering no pool or breakfast, but since I was not with my family this was so perfect. It had a full size fridge, 2 stove top and microwave, so you could cook and store food, but would need you own appliances. I ate out all the time since there's so many places to choose from to eat from. Very clean and great customer service.'
