'We have been coming to this property for years and can't say enough great things about it. Eric is a wonderful host and so helpful to guests. It's exactly as advertised. A rustic treehouse right on the river, you bring whatever supplies you need. This is not glamping, it's real camping, and it's such a wonderful camping experience. Our kid absolutely loves the treehouse and my husband and I sent up a tent nearby. Having a fire pit right on the river is wonderful. The river has great spots for...

'Great property, loved how the hot tub was ready to go, hot and clean, plenty of privacy. Picked this house because it was close to the Franconia hike i planned to do. If i had to nit pick.. ceiling fan blades were dusty in the bedroom and the mattress wasnt too comfortable. Kitchen supplies were bare bones had sugar and maple syrup but no cooking oil, the one item i forgot! had to drive to price chopper and pick up butter that looked like a bunny so all good! '

'We had a great experience staying in this log house. It's beautiful inside with a very cozy and homy feel to it. The house has a lot of space, especially for small families/groups. The kitchen had everything one needs for cooking and entertaining. The living room is well stocked up with various board games and more.The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by woods, and yet, is close enough to everything (skiing, hiking, etc).Thank you for welcoming us into your home!'

"Motel complex is only partly like a lodge. The other buildings are standard motel like. Cheaply built, too noisy and very small rooms. Also the rooms are out dated. No coffee in room. Price is way too high for what you get."
