Just minutes from just minutes from Palm Beach Island, Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), downtown West Palm Beach, Nora and more, this lovely renovated and pleasantly designed retreat welcomes up to 22 guests with open, sunlit spaces and thoughtful details.

The home is designed with connection to each other and nature in mind, as you gather together for meals, hushed conversation, games or just spending quality time together. As you explore the property, you'll find cozy corners, a modern kitchen, well-equipped bedrooms and a sunroom which features a multi-game table that includes foosball, billiards and other games.

Outside, you'll find the entire property is surrounded by a lush garden, which includes a heated saltwater plunge pool in the backyard, a wooden deck, comfortable outdoor chairs, grill, outdoor games and a barrel sauna. The spacious outdoor space is nestled between the main house and rear cottages, a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee surrounded by palms or soak up the sun. The garden boasts numerous delightful seating areas and well portioned spaces, so that you can just as easily gather with others as retreat quietly on your own.

The Palm Twenty-Eight Estate works especially well for larger gatherings, families or groups of friends who want to stay close to one another without all being under one roof yet still have plenty of areas to gather around the property. The estate includes the four-bedroom Main House, as well as two separate garden cottages at the rear: the Studio on the ground floor and the Hibiscus Suite on the second floor; please see the bed configurations below.

All these makeup a grand total of 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The Main House includes two bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the ground floor. There is also a hot outdoor shower between the two buildings, a useful feature for larger groups.
