"Sunshine House" Studio Farm Stay Overlook

Escape to paradise at our stunning renovated 2nd floor studio overlooking a palm tree and animal farm in Palm Beach Gardens. Surrounded by 500 Sylvester palm trees, this farm stay offers view of alpacas, llamas and mini donkeys.

Relax by the fire pit, fish off the dock or explore using the bikes. Take a stroll along the walking paths to see the swans, poney, mini-donkeys and alpacas then swing in the shade of the majestic 100-year-old banyan palm.

The space
Space is fully renovated, modern farmhouse, upstairs studio apartment. Everything is brand new. Space offers one open bedroom with a queen bed. There is a small fouton that folds out to a very small bed (sleeps a child).

The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors. This room offers its own private balcony for relaxing and wathcing the sunset or having a coffee at sunrise watching the donkeys, alpacas graze and listening to the birds. The room has a flat screen smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, French press, mini-refrigerator and a desk for working.

Shared space includes: ping pong table, gas fire table with Adirondack chairs, gas grill, outdoor lounging areas, walking paths, tree swing and bikes.

This is a Farm-Stay and the property has many animals: Our pond has swans, call ducks, ibis, great blue heron's and red belly ducks. In the back, we have gated areas where are Alpacas, Llamas, Minature Poney, Minature Donkeys, Emus, and Bunnys. You can visit them during morning feeding or schedule a time to see them if you like. No charge. They are all sweet and love people!
Guest access
You will have access to the tree swing, the fishing dock, walking paths, fire table, bicycles and patio. These areas are shared but the property only has one main house and two studio apartments.
Other things to note
The property is home to a variety of friendly animals—including alpacas, mini donkeys, and our lovable farm dog—all located within a securely fenced “farm area.” If you'd like to visit and interact with them during your stay, just shoot us a message! We’ll happily review the entry guidelines with you.

Conveniently located, the farm is less than 2 miles from local essentials like a grocery store, bank, coffee shop, and various retail shops. Nature lovers will appreciate being just 3.5 miles from one of the county’s most beautiful nature preserves—perfect for hiking, kayaking, and exploring the great outdoors.

And when you're ready for a beach day or a night out, the ocean and the fine dining scene on PGA Boulevard are only a quick 15-minute drive away!
