'Views from the front porch were amazing. Listening to the bird calls while being able to see wild ponies from the deck made it very relaxing. Communication with the host was fast and quick responses. Having the large yard allowed our dogs room to enjoy the house. Enough open space on first floor for the dog crates.'

'The first thing was that the pictures were okay on the site, BUT it didn't show how dirty the place was. We got there and the outside was questionable. but we had to get ready to attend our event so we didn't have the time to really check out the place until we came back around 10pm. I was told by the host that the place was being cleaned after the previous tenants left. Well they must have left over a month ago because that place was dirty...with a capital D!! ANTS in the rooms, rust on top...

'Adorable place to stay that was close to good shopping and dining experiences, the beaches and ponies were a very short drive. We wish we had allotted more time for this part of our trip. Loved waking up to the birds singing and the beautiful view of the stream and marshland just past the dock on the property. Enjoyed ourselves and the peace of our rooms immensely. Would love to stay here again and explore even more of the area.'

'Great house, great location! We are a family of four and stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed the beach, the Nature Reserve, and a creamery. If we'd had more time we would have loved to take the kayaks out! Four people can easily fit in the suite upstairs, which has a full bath, television, and living room type arrangement. Our kids felt like sleeping in one of the downstairs rooms on the second night, so they used that room as well, and were very comfortably there as well. We did not use the room...

'Property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed for our girls getaway weekend. Townhouse is spacious and comfortable. Decor is very cute. We lived the coastal theme so much. Plenty to do within a 5 mile drive and very easy to find. Mr. Whippy’s coffee was delicious as was the ice cream at the Island Creamery. Dinners at Steamers (the Friday night Prime rib was delicious) and Bill’s Prime Seafood and Steaks were delicious. Be sure to bring your appetite when you visit Chincoteague ...
