'Booked these rooms for my family who were in town for my daughter’s graduation. No complaints from my family. I’m currently waiting for a refund. But Expedia is saying “it’s the property’s responsibility for the refund”. But the property is saying it’s “Expedia’s responsibility”. So in basically in “hurry up and wait” mode'
