The dining at Restaurant Rascal was delicious, and the spa massage was absolutely the best. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed my time. 'The room that I checked into had a leak when using the shower. The leak was so bad water was coming up from the floor when you stepped on it. I reported this to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The room we got moved to then had no tv remote. I then had to go back to the front desk and they suggested we use the remote from the room we got moved from. But then after turning on the tv in the room we got moved to it was not programmed. 'Room had a smell to it and wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing as I would like. Perfect location to be in Sedona. I loved hiking and doing mountain biking on the property. Food was good but not delicious. The views were stunning. Staff were the nicest and so helpful.'

'We were provided a list of recommended restaurants upon check in which was very helpful. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Room was clean and the shower was excellent! Would have been nice to have bottled water in the room but otherwise this was a real treat.'

'We checked in late (11 PM) after driving back from the Canyon, and check-in took a while, which wasn’t an issue per se. However, when we got to the room, we had it hadn’t been completely cleaned. The sofa was still pulled out and it had dirty sheets on it. The furniture was moved around and there were dirty dishes and empty shampoo bottles on the counter. We went back to the front desk and they gave us another room which was nice, but the keys didn’t work. After going back they still didn’t work...
