'Hot ! No airco (didn't work) 88 degrees in the room. No fridge and no microwave in the room although confirmed at booking! No plug in the bathtub so couldn't use it and very poor TV signal , just a few channels available.'

I rented two rooms, including a king suite with a hot tub, and both needed major updates. 'Wonderful, cozy stay! The vinyl collection and players in the room is so fun. The sunset lounge was nice just to sit and enjoy the view with lovely music. Great location! We live in the area and would 100% recommend this hotel every time for visitors. Perfect location.'

'The hotel was under renovation which we were not aware of when booking. The floor carpet had stains & it didn’t look like the bathroom had been cleaned. Unfortunately it was a weekend of a university graduation so there were no other available hotel rooms to move to.'

'The room was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. As a single visitor, I felt safe entering and exiting the building. Charming and historic character of the building that has been thoughtfully restored with beautiful tiled shower and comfortable bed!'

Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. 'This hotel was just okay. Wasnt the cleanest. I requested an iron and the gentleman at the desk said he would leave for me when I returned and then when I went to pick it up, they gave it to someone else. I had to scramble at 10pm to find another iron so that I could be ready for the CSU graduation the next morning. That was quite problematic.'

'Total disappointment! The room was filthy and bug infested. The shower/ tub was cracked and we couldn’t use it. The pool was filthy, I didn’t trust not showering. They were supposed to change us rooms, told us twice to come back later.. The third time we tried they said they were full and there wa son other rooms. The new hotel clerk said nobody told her. Whole staff was rude about the situation. We left our vacation a day early because I couldn’t stand being there.'
