'Booked somewhat last minute. There initially was communication from the host about how many guests were staying in the place. After providing that information I asked about check in process. I received no response until I contacted vrbo customer support. Property manager gave me a different address than the one that was in the confirmation email. He said that was the office address. 'Great location and super communication with the host. We had an issue with the WiFi and the host went out of his way to troubleshoot and sent service from the company over. It was unfortunate, but they host did everything they could to address in a timely manner.One thing to note: If you're staying with family, there isn't a lot of plates or kitchen necessities like cookie sheets or colanders, etc. So if you plan on making dinner in, make sure to bring your own items. '

'Farida is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is the type of neighborhood you will want to take a walk through. The VRBO space itself is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. You will find every amenity you will need. The air conditioning was perfectly cold on the 81 degree days we stayed. 'I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. 'A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor.'

'The apartment was exactly as portrayed. Very neat and clean. The manager was very responsive to requests and dealt with them immediately. However, it is NOT in the area advertised. It is a significant walk away and that was very disappointing.'

"Great great GREAT hotel and service!! The rooms are awesome and comfortable, clean, super nice shower and every day new fresh towels and soaps, the beds are so comfy, the location could not be better, SUPER!! And Jessy, you are AMAZING!! Your smile and service made our stay even more great than our trip already was! Thanks !!!! Love, Nelleke & Gido (and remember the Perfume: Abercrombie and Fitch first instinct :-)) And also the other staffmembers where lovely, but Jessy stole our hearts!! Thanks all!!"
