'Room was ok. Breakfast was ok'

'Schone eenvoudige kamer. Aardig personeel.'

'Check-in was efficient with friendly, helpful staff. The staff gave us all of the pertinent information to our stay upon check-in. There was a Manager Happy Hour during our stay. There is a restaurant within walking distance with excellent food options. There is a kid-friendly menu too. Our room was clean and well-maintained. Towels were clean and neatly folded. Beds were comfortable and pillows were good as well. The pool was clean. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub. While the pool area...

'Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet.'

'Niet bijzonder maar gewoon netjes'

Dan wist het personeel dat ze er nieuwe handdoeken er neer moesten leggen. Maar dat baten niet, we moesten elke dag naar de receptie stampij maken voor onze spullen te krijgen. Maar het bed werd niet opgemaakt. Terwijl ze het wel beloofd hadden om het te doen.'

'We stayed here in July and it was amazing! The staff and the restaurant at the hotel overall was fantastic. However, this time the hotel appeared to be unkept. The front of the hotel was very dirty. The sidewalk is disgusting. It looks like it needs to be power washed cigarettes, and dirt everywhere, the food in the restaurant was not up to par. The last time we were here it was amazing this time. The macaroni and cheese was cold and the staff was complacent. We really love the hotel. We will be...

'Fijn hotel. Meer een motel overigens. Zwembad is buiten. Goed te doen!'

'Wij vonden het de moeite waard om te kiezen voor een kamer op de bovenste verdieping aan de achterzijde.'

'The front lobby need renovation and you need to move smokers to the side of the building. Smokers smoke out front and the smoke comes right in the front door into the lobby.'
