The home is set off a private road, up a private driveway. There are no immediate neighbors in view from the property.

On the main level, discover the impressive indoor pool, complete with doors leading to a screened porch and a spacious deck for seamless indoor–outdoor enjoyment. Adjacent to the pool, you’ll find a relaxing sauna and a full bath with shower—perfect for unwinding after a swim. Convenient poolside access to the kitchen makes entertaining effortless.
The kitchen is thoughtfully designed for preparing large meals, featuring a gas stove, drip coffee maker, and a charming breakfast nook. A pass-through window opens to the dining room, keeping the space light, airy, and connected, while refreshed countertops and custom cabinetry offer timeless style and functionality.
A formal living room with a fireplace invites guests to gather or step out onto the expansive deck for outdoor dining or quiet moments in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the view. A cozy den provides a comfortable spot for movie nights, while the casual game room—complete with keyboard and ping pong table—sets the scene for lively fun. A convenient half bath completes this level of the home.

The second floor hosts a serene primary suite complete with a private balcony, King bed, dressing room, and a spacious en suite bath featuring a tub and shower combination. A second guest bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and access to a nearby full bath, also with a walk in shower.

Beyond the convenient second-floor laundry area lies a generous guest room with a Queen bed, seating area, and writing desk—an ideal retreat for relaxation or remote work. Connected to this space is a cozy bedroom with a Twin bed, perfect for a child or guest who may need to be nearby overnight. The adjoining door can be closed for privacy when desired.
A sunken den on this level provides a relaxed lounge area, complete with bean bag chairs, games, and a quiet reading nook. A full bath serves this space, offering another tub/shower combination. Off this wing, an additional bedroom features two queen beds, ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Ascending the spiral staircase from the second-floor den leads to the home’s upper level, where a charming third-floor bedroom awaits—featuring four twin beds and a welcoming, loft-style ambiance.

You can walk in the neighborhood, but will need a car to get around the Berkshires effectively.

LOCATION: The home is set off a private road, up a private driveway. There are no immediate neighbors in view from the property.
The home is a 4 minute drive to downtown West Stockbridge, a 6 minute drive to Tanglewood, 9 minutes to downtown Lenox, and 19 minutes to downtown Great Barrington.

SKI: The home is a 13 minute drive to Bosquet Mountain, 24 minutes to Butternut, 30 minutes to Catamount and Otis Ridge and 32 minutes to Jiminy Peak.

PETS: No pets.

PARKING: Off street parking. We highly recommend 4WD in the winter months.

POOL HEAT: There is an additional charge of $150 per night to heat the pool, you are welcome to have the pool remain without heat as well. Please see optional charges when you book. We will need to know in advance if you would like the pool heated so it is ready upon arrival.

POOL SAFETY: There are 2 ways to enter the pool from the interior of the home. There are doors on the side with the kitchen, as well as on the other side of the pool where the sauna and bathroom are located. There is also a set of doors from the pool, to the screened in porch. The pool cover is heavy duty and designed to hold someone's weight - if they were to fall on top of the cover. This is an electric pool cover with a locked switch. Please make sure the pool is covered and the switch cover is locked when not in use for child safety. Please make sure children are monitored at all times.

SAUNA: The electric heater in the sauna is for guest use. Guests may not use the wood stove in the sauna, this is locked for safety.

FIREPLACES: The living room fireplace can be used. The primary bedroom fireplace, and den fireplace are not available for use.

**Your reservation includes a $20 insurance fee to cover any accidental damage during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. If any damage does occur, please let us know so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
