'Very nice property. Things we did not like about the property were no blinds or curtains on the bedroom windows(it was like living in a fishbowl) , there was a claw foot bathtub in the master bath converted to a shower and we are an older couple which made climbing into the tub treacherous, there was no door on the master bath and the stairs going up to the bedrooms were slippery and could use grip strips on them like the steps up to the loft.. '

'We had a wonderful time! We had a lot of fun with the farm experience and had excellent hosts.'

'A relaxing getaway! Great home, well kept. Had everything we needed and more. Spent hours watching river and hummingbirds on the front porch! Beautiful, and fun for all, swimming hole at end of road. Would most definitely book again.'

'Beautiful home & setting. Responsive host. Loved being on the pond & having access to the kayaks. Many amenities. We had a great time at the Cabot cheese & fall festival. '

'Enjoyed our visit! The canoe on the lake at dusk, the fireplace, grilling some steaks while enjoying wine with friends. A fun weekend of hiking and reconnecting. Would book again! '

'Rustic but comfortable log cabin. The hosts were very nice and checked in to make sure my stay was going well. Nice kitchen to cook in, hot tub, firepit, and lots of bedroom spaces. I went to hike so it's convenient to some good locations. I would highly recommend it! '

'This property has to be one of the nicest locations I have visited. The view is perfect and totally relaxing. The loft has everthing you can imagine to make the stay pretty much perfect. You can really see the care and upkeep to the loft and property in every detail!'

'Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You'
