Interesting Find

The property managers were super responsive and gave great customer service. The home itself was not my cup of tea. There are window air conditioners in the kitchen and two bedrooms. The bedrooms are up a steep set of stairs, and for someone who had bad knees, they arent good. I think adding a picture of them would help. Additionally the floors upstairs gave in places, and we didnt feel completely comfortable. We could never get the Roku to work even after new batteries. The space is a lot tighter than it looks. The neighborhood right outsode the road looks nice, but the house seems to be in a sketchy area. I wouldnt stay there again ,but for one night, it wasnt horrible.

Don’t stay here

Property was unclean to the point we felt we couldn’t stay as my partner is immunocompromised (food left in the kitchen sink, toothpaste residue left in the bathroom sink AND on the mirror, AC units filled with dust, etc). It also smelled like cat pee. Due to all of these reasons and the fact that my partner is immunocompromised, we could not safely stay here. Contacted the owner who was less than helpful, and then contacted VRBO who suggested we book a hotel. We requested a refund as we didn’t stay, and have yet to receive one while they “conduct an internal investigation”. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible property with misleading description

3 senior ladies traveling. This property is unsafe. Entry is uneven stairs. Lock box difficult to open. Inside, “ newly remodeled” had ants crawling out behind fake tile back splash.refrigerator sounded like a blender at times drowning out the sound of the TV ..which wouldn’t work until we borrowed new batteries from a neighbor. Sofa is so old it sinks to the floor when sat upon and it’s the only seating to use in the living room. The lighting so so dingy it felt like a third world country using florescence bulbs. Worse of all are the narrow steep stairs going up to bathroom and bedrooms. So narrow we could not safely drag luggage to upper level. Railings were loose and felt like they could break off. Upstairs the floors are slanted about 10 degrees and one had to step up into the bathroom and VERY easy to trip. Hardly any electrical outlets to charge devices. The flatware in the drawer still had food on it. Some of the lights didn’t work at all. The pot holders were covered with food. We had booked for 3 nights and got there about 6 pm after a long day of driving…had we had another place to stay we would have left when we arrive…but stayed the night and left the next morning. The host did not answer our messages about the state of the place or a partial refund. Very poor property with misleading description.

New Years Stay

We all loved the property and the deck in the back was so nice to sit and talk. We played games on the TV and the ping pong table was awesome. The master bedroom was so comfy and nice. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. We used to air frier to make fries and they turned out so good.

enjoyed our stay!

Loved everything about this place! We came up for Newport Jazz fest. and we were very grateful for a comfortable place to relax and sleep in between. There were 4 adults and a toddler and there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was perfectly clean. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. And the porch out back was peaceful. Its a very quiet neighborhood an easy to get to. The game room was added fun as well!

A clean and spacious place

The house was clean and tidy and best of all it had air conditioners in the bedroom windows that worked well. It was very hot when we were there and we were glad to have the a/c. The house was in a good location too. I would recommend this VRBO.

Amazing Stay!

I stayed here for one night and everything went so smooth, I had easy contact to the property manager who was extremely kind and helpful! The house was clean and set up beautifully. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay here. Would book again!

The cleanest rental ever! Decent sized 2 bedrooms- 1 king and 2 fulls. Downstairs has pullout couch and twin foldout bed. Stay inside or on the porch probably in the summer. Urban setting that I’m not used to. But was safe.
