Inside, unwind with your favorite series or treat your guests to delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with essential appliances to make cooking a breeze. A small laundry nook with a washer and dryer adjoins the kitchen for added convenience.

Just off the living area, the sunroom offers a colorful and comfortable seating area with a dining table—perfect for lounging indoors, playing games, reading a book, sharing stories, or enjoying a meal. The property is spacious, clean, and well-located, providing a peaceful atmosphere in quiet surroundings. Guests love the easy access to Seagull Beach, Dennis, and Hyannis, as well as the nice little stroll to a dock with beautiful views. Whether you're looking to explore nearby restaurants, relax by the firepit, or simply enjoy a laid-back getaway, The Hammock provides a relaxed and comfortable retreat for all.

This home does not provide cable.
Lewis Pond has an outlet to the ocean, so the current can get strong. You also cannot use the association dock during low tide as the water does not reach, so check the tide schedule. Overnight docking is prohibited.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
