We are surprised and concerned about the lack of cleaning of the linens and towels. We contract with "Squeaky Clean of Montana" to clean, sanitize and launder after every guest departs. In 3 years, we have not had a single bad comment about the cleaning. We are very sorry you found some laundry not cleaned. We do have multiple stores of additional linens and towels available for our guests in the linen closet and downstairs closet. Thank you for notifying us. As you stated, our condo is not brand new. In the last few years, we installed new laminate floors and new sinks in the two bathrooms. We also enlarged the lower bathroom shower and added a solid glass shower door. We put new carpeting on the entire upper level and the stairs going there. We constructed new front steps and expanded landing with composite decking. and placed a lawn table/chairs/umbrella in the front yard. In the last year, we installed a new modern sink and goose neck faucet, a new kitchen table and chairs, new living room sofa with 2 recliners, love seat with 2 recliners and new larger flat screen television. We were planning for new laminate flooring on the main level, new countertops, and backsplash but covid delayed it until this fall. We are very sorry about the low hot water. You were the first one to notify us. It turned out to be a failure of the lower hot water element in the heater and has since been replaced. (We had it replaced before your last night in our condo.) We later heard the failure occurred prior to your visit, however no one reported it to us. The slow WIFI and the sprinkler timing is run by the condo association and out of our control other than urging changes at the annual meeting. Fiber optic cables have just been run to the building and we plan to get connected as soon as possible. We are pleased that you reported to us that the condo was very clean. We contract with an excellent service in town and have had great success. We are very sorry you had some issues and thank you for bringing them to our attention.

The condo association has the wifi which is slow at times depending upon how many different condos have guests online. We have fiber optic on order to our unit coming soon which will help future guests. Thank you for your comments. We are happy you enjoyed your stay.

The extra tax you wrote about is the West Yellowstone Resort tax of 4%. VRBO does not list it on their final cost numbers. Instead they make us request it direct from the travelers. This information and notice is on our VRBO website but it is buried and hard to find in the comments area. Thanks for your comments and for staying with us.

As soon as I saw your review stating that there was no microwave, I contacted our cleaning service. They thought they remembered seeing a microwave in our condo. They sent a member of their team to the condo to check and reported that the microwave was there on the kitchen counter where it has been since we purchased it less than a year ago! We have no idea why the report of it missing, but to our relief it is still there. We did eliminate the garbage disposal after some guests tried to grind up some silverware! Overall, we are glad you enjoyed everything else in our vacation home.

Thank you for bringing to our attention about the propane being empty. We have a local contact who would have immediately replaced the empty tank for a full one had we heard from you when you noticed the outage. We are glad you enjoyed our well equipped and clean vacation home.

Thanks for the kind words. The three levels do offer a lot of space for families to spread out yet remain close at hand. We hope the grandkids got to make many memories to remember about their adventure.

We try to leave coffee K-Cups, microwave popcorn, some spices, cooking oil, sugar, flour, laundry soap , dryer sheets, and other incidentals to give our guests a more convenient stay. Some times the condo runs out of these items and we don't get to catch it right away as we live in Minnesota and don't get to visit there often in the high season. We're glad you liked our efforts. The dryer load; maybe the cleaning crew was running late for cocktail hour! LOL! Thanks for staying with us.

It was good to talk with you and help you find our unit. Occasionally guests only have the VRBO directions and forget to bring the detailed arrival directions we e-mail to them. Our townhouse is identical to all the other townhouse rentals in town. They all have finished basements with bedrooms, baths and laundry areas as well as required egress. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and had a great time exploring Yellowstone Country!

We are surprised to hear that there were no condiments..A few weeks prior to your arrival, we left tons of condiments (sugar, coffee, salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, etc,). In checking with the current guest, they report that there are lots of condiments there now. Perhaps you did not find and open the cupboard that contained them. We do furnish bath soap paper toweling, toilet paper, dish soap and more. In the condo, we have a 3 ring binder with details such as garbage disposal, do's and dont's , bed stripping, town maps, WIFI passwords, check-out info and our phone number in case of any problems (we have persons locally in West Yellowstone to handle any issues). Our rates are similar to other 4 bedroom condos in town. We are sorry if there was something amiss upon your arrival.. We have a competent, commercial cleaning service which cleans and disinfects for Covid 19. Our check-in instructions urge our guests to notify us if anything needs attending to upon check-in. Check-in only requires our guests to enter a provided 4 digit number into the electronic keypad. We hope you still enjoyed your visit to Yellowstone.
