"Prima groot hotel met buiten centrum van Bern. Kamer ruim maar kaal,goed schoon en prima badkamer. Bed en airco waren prima in deze warme periode. Ontbijt is meer dan prima om de dag mee te starten. Groot hotel maar toch een hele rustige sfeer. Met bus nr 10 ben je zo in centrum/HBF van Bern. Prima hotel!"

"Mooie gezellige gezamenlijke leefruimte. Kleine kamers maar zeer functioneel. Mooi dakterras. In de loop van de tijd wel wat aanpassingen gebeurd waardoor de aanvullende dienstverlening erop achteruit is gegaan. Ze zijn er geen drankjes in het hotel meer verkrijgbaar met uitzondering van koffie thee water. Mooi toegankelijk en in het centrum."

"It’s a relaxing place.Ellen the host was extremely friendly.Very calm and relaxing personal working at the hotel.The views from the hotel are simply gorgeous(Lauterbrunnen valley as well as Jungfraujoch) Stayed for 4 nights and left with a bug happy smile. Thank You Maya Caprice Team."

"The hotel is nice and centrally located, but the rooms are pretty bare and basic, the 'bathroom' is completely made of glass and so no privacy at all. The toilet is behind milk glass but still, it all feels quite cheap. Staff was very nice and the breakfast quality outstanding. "

"A small but pleasant hotel with friendly staff. When we first arrived and wanted to use the toilet on the second floor, it was unfortunately very dirty. Luckily, our room was thoroughly cleaned every day and always felt fresh, as did the bathroom. The hotel itself is not the newest, but it is well maintained. Overall, we had a very nice stay."
