'Stayed 1 night to break up the journey from Cornwall back up North. Absolutely perfect. Gorgeous, clean, modern room complete with patio area and access to beer garden at the back. Air con, mini fridge, complimentary bottled water and milk for the brews. Staff were absolutely amazing. Food was hearty and delicious. It was a perfect end of our hols. The only negative was the clanging mirror hung on the back of the bathroom doir, which we lifted down and replaced before we left. Would definitely...

'The staff were absolutely amazing all going above and beyond, the meals were fabulous and beautiful grounds to explore. There are a lot of stairs to navigate and I wish the windows had screens to keep insects out. For some reason my bathroom didn't have a ceiling fan so the room lacked air circulating which will unfortunately create moisture issues - hopefully this will be fixed.'

'Super accommodation. The staff are ultra attentive and the food is first class. Beautiful part of the world to stay in but maybe a little remote for some. Only slight drawback was we were housed in the ground floor room of the boathouse and the noise of people walking around in the room above is very loud. If they got up in the night it wakes you up.'

'Beautiful hotel grounds, staff are extremely friendly, rooms are very clean but a little dated - the bathtub and shower had very obvious signs of wear with cracked tiles, very old and outdated shower taps, stains and scratches on the bottom of the tub. The provided toiletries gels were a lovely quality (The White Company) and the view from the room was so gorgeous. The stay was quiet and we barely heard other guests or noise from outside. 'Hele mooie en sfeervolle lokatie, ontbijt prima. Helaas is Gloucester ons tegengevallen, weinig te beleven. Omgeving Cotswolds zeer mooi. Parkeren is wat lastig in een winkelcentrum nabij, maar niet erg duur.'

'Good central location, convenient low cost parking options close by. Friendly service, good size room, with fridge and microwave. Very good value, we'll go there again.'
