Driving up to this hotel it looks like your typical 2 star hotel. Once you get past the doors it is poorly maintained and dark. By far the worst in cleanliness I have ever seen. Counted up to 4 handprints in various parts of the room. The bath tub did not drain properly. Hairs found everywhere. Couldn’t wait to leave first thing in the morning. Also paid $400 for the night because it was our last option, highway robbery. High demand on the particular night of our stay does not justify the room rate. Stay far away.

The property is clean and nice. Only issue was the bathroom. The bathtub in our room was slippery - our 8-yr old in fact slipped and fell. The front desk offered to change the room without providing any temporary solution like a slip resistant mat. It is a safety hazard.

It apparently, although it is technically in an exclusive area zip code wise , it is in an industrial type of area. A giant Lowe’s directly across from the lobby entrance. I can see why there is non refundable policy online booking. I would have left immediately when I approached the bulletproof glass enclosed front desk. I have opened a case against this hotel with their corporate office. I have pictures to evidence the deplorable conditions. Like all the graffiti that has been patch painted in the elevator. The clock in the room was still set an hour behind, obviously never changed for daylight savings time. We opened the refrigerator and the freezer was totally caked in frozen ice. Not a pleasant experience at all. I told them I will pursue this with everyone including the department of health.

The place looks alot nicer online ... found the place needed a good paint job and a good clean. The elevator ... The room appeared clean but under the desk was dirty and that was just a huge turn off and all I ws doing was looking for a socket to plug in my computer. It was only one night so good enough!
