'Very unfriendly service at the main desk, since I had a lot of luggage I had requested a first floor room close to the parking, I got a second floor room at the end of the corridor, the unfriendly lady at the desk told me that it was because I booked through hotels.com, and not through their site. If I had complaints I should turn to hotels.com. So if you like to book through hotels.com choose another hotel and avoid this one.'

'We had a very nice stay over. Tidy and clean outside, accommodating staff at check in. The room was clean, huge, quiet and a comfy bed. Hotel is just across from Grotto of the Redemption a must see just after sunset also. Staff is friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast has a lot to choose from and a large indoor heated pool too. A very cozy, welcoming and clean hotel.'

'New beds were very nice. The staff always lets us stay out in the lobby for parties as long as we like. They could use new TV's. They still have the old 32 inch tvs.'
