Hotels met waterpark in Westelijk Iowa

'Not a great experience. Upon arrival we were told our rooms were not ready. Check in with at 4 PM however it was 445 for a room was finally checked that it was clean and we could get into it. I also called the front desk around 8 PM to tell them the TV wasn’t working to wish I would be told somebody would be sent up to look at it. That never happened. Also, the noise was ridiculous. They stress the quiet hours after 9 PM however I was up to after 1 PM with kids running up and down the hallway,...

'The rooms are in need of updating and the water park was not easy to gain access'

'The property was fine. We new the size going in. The neighbors who shared a outside living space we're partying all night long leaving huge messes and taking up all the outside living chairs. We almost left after the first night because of the neighbors!'

'Property was very spacious and clean. Owners communicated very effectively. Enjoyed the tickets to Bridge’s Bay Waterpark even though the outdoor pool was closed down due to a leak. Centrally located to many activities in Okoboji and Spirit Lake. Definitely will stay again!!'
