'Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when...

'Very clean and nice property. The breakfast was a great start to our days. We absolutely loved front desk clerk Jackie she was so friendly and helpful!'

'We picked this place to stay on our trip due to the listing and photos showing a workout facility, unfortunately after checking in and looking for the gym, we were notified that they do not have one. Also, breakfast was very minimal, cereal, toast, and oatmeal.'

'Friendly staff. Dead bugs all over the room, mainly crickets But, they were dead and not alive. Bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The room, toilet, refrigerator, etc were dirty.'

'Staff was rude and charged me a 50$ pet fee for support animal I've had since my discharge from the military. She is certified to notice and prevent several different health issues so I had no problem paying the pet fee. By law it was all illegal and I kept mouth shut, cause I reported their business like I am supposed to too the ADA.'
