'We were only there one night but the room was excellent. The fitness center and pool are very nice. Having starbucks and a restaurant downstairs was extremely convenient. We booked this hotel because it was next door and connected via skywalk to the Ford Center. Only complaint I had was trying to get a late check out. I called the hotel prior to arriving, spent quite a bit of time on the phone only to be told I have to check with the front desk when I check in. Arrived for check in and they told...

'This was a quick one night stay. The hostess at reception was very helpful and polite. Our room was very clean and very cool on a hot day, which we appreciated! Our bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. We were very happy with our choice of hotel. The one thing I would add is more parking. I understand there is an adjacent lot, but it is hidden behind a wall. As a traveler to a new city, I want my vehicle parked in the hotel lot in plain view.'
