'We had problems with the keycards and the door mechanism. There wasn’t enough staff to help us with the problem or even come to the room to check it out. The pool area was pretty poor shape. The town and the food was wonderful.'

'Hot tub was out of order, outdoor pool was closed and indoor pool is out in the open beside the buffet restaurant where A LOT of men which one can only assume were truck drivers or something. They were also setting up a band in the lobby as well. Went to the room and it looked good but in the hall were Hispanic men with chairs giving each other haircuts it appeared they lived there and were very loud. By this time my anxiety was a 10 and I needed some crackers so I went to find a vending machine...

'The staff at check-in was helpful and the lobby was clean. I can’t say enough good things about the room….we had a suite with a full kitchen and it was stocked with the cooking utensils, an oven, and a microwave that we needed for our stay. Given our days started at 4 AM and ended late afternoon, we chose to prepare our meals in the room rather than having to go out to eat after a long day. I’ve never commented on a shower before on my hotel ratings, but it was excellent. Instant on hot water...
