'ワンチャンの注射の証明を忘れて困っていたら、係員の方の機転を効かせた提携の獣医さんを紹介してもらい、犬を預け泊まる事ができました。本当に感謝しています。 従業員の方々が全て親切で、感じがよくいいホテルだなと思いました。 食事も美味しく、室内も綺麗でゆっくりできました。'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Just right for the two of us. Everything was as we expected. Plenty of facilities nearby. Nice walks along the river, and it was very near our son and family. it was just unfortuate we had to leave early,due to the coronavirus crisis, as we managed to get an earlier flight home. Would definately stay there again when we visit our son'

'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked...

'The best hotel in Shinjuku for your stay in Tokyo! Very friendly staff that takes care of everything. Breakfast was very nice as well! Rooms were clean and spacious, containing everything you need for your stay. Would definitely like to come back again! '
